i already know where this is going or maybe it was already there and left
sometimes my fantasy world takes me to places where i create each scene
then gravity takes over i hit the pavement
i realize the only one there is me
being in love alone is the epitome of lonely
i have been there before so now as I have fallen for you
i sit here waiting to be rescued
all along knowing that only i can rescue me
still i wait for you the you i have painted you to be
are you real?
in my mind i find you perfect, too good to be true
while half of me tells me i shouldn't
